MPUG Central Indiana Chapter Meeting:

Resource Management Using Project Server 2010 – December 6, 2011

While project visibility and project collaboration are cited as critical implementation goals associated with any enterprise project management system implementation, resource management arguably represents the greatest source for near term and long term return on investment.

During this presentation, we will discuss the fundamentals of resource management using Project Server 2010 and discuss options for realistic top-down and bottom-up resource planning.  The presentation will also draw on real-world examples to illuminate a range of reporting options and methods for capacity planning.
